Certain upper floor apartments have scenic views of Portland.  The apartment community is conveniently located in the Hollywood District near local stores and services, the library, the MAX, and freeway access.

The community's waiting list has a preference for applicants who are 55 or older or have a disability. Applicants must have annual income that does not exceed 50 percent of the area median income for their family size. There must be at least one household member who isn't a full-time student.
